Tigran Martikyan is an inspiring and creative teacher, who has 17 years if experience in the filed of 'teaching piano lessons'. Mr. Martikyan is one of those rare instructors, who understands the philosophy behind teaching and the goal that students set up to achieve the highest level of  "piano playing"
Tigran is just as creative  when it comes to teaching children. Throughout the years, Tigran has created some special instructional tools and various game activities to get the point across. Children especially are fond 'baby piano puzzle' and other playful visual aids that help them mastering the musical notation system.

Tigran currently resides in Los Angeles, and is a part time staff in a LAMA JAMS music program of the LA Music Academy. In addition to teaching, Mr' Martikyan is active in composing and performing music for a broad range of musical styles and genres including motion pictures. Several times, Mr. Martikyan has been asked by his director friends to portrait musical characters on screen. He played the pianist in the “The Necklace” written by Guy de Maupassant and directed by Anna Condo, and several works of Tom Lassu, including "The Shiners", "Piano Man" and the comedy series "The World's Greatest Tenor".
